Online pre-registration

To set your pre-registration up follow the instructions on this page.

  1. Fill out the form behind the link bellow this text (might be hidden under a countdown count if not available yet). If you meant to register more than one attendee, complete your payment and later fill out the form back with the next registrant data. You must enter verifiable information for all attendees. Duplicate records will be ignored.
  2. Once the form is completed, select "Proceed to billing" to go to the payment screen. You can pay instantly with a credit or debit card, or pay offline requesting a PayPal invoice.
  3. If you select to request a PayPal invoice, you must complete your payment in no more than 2 business days or the registrations will be canceled (acounting once invoice is received). Once we validate the payment, your registration card will reach your email.
  4. If you pay instantly with a credit or debit card, the system will instantly display your registration card with an assistant ID and a QR code so you can check in at the event in October.
  5. Check in at the convention with your registration card and a personal ID to validate your name and date of birth. If you are a minor, you will also be required to present your parental consent letter. More information about this document will arrive by email.

Update your data or Upgrade your membership

  1. Enter the Confuror account center.
  2. Request for access via email, you will get the access link to your account on the email address you entered as refference when you paid your membership
  3. Once you log in for the first time, you will be asked to set a password. Rember that password and the mail address you are using, them will help you to log-in back.
  4. Once logged in, you will be able to check the list of membership you have purchased for you or other people and you will know if they are available for this year.
  5. If you need to moodify any of these memberships, follow the steps in the section "Updates & Upgrades"

Updates & Upgrades

  1. Enter the Updates & Upgrades request form.
  2. Fill your ID data and choose the operation you want us to perform on your registration.
  3. If you seek to change or update your data, list them in the corresponding section and wait for a confirmation mail.
  4. If you seek to request for an upgrade, fill up the selected questions and wait for a follow up mail from (and only from) reg@confuror.org

Registration Frequently Asked Questions

  • If I registered in 2020 or 2021, am I still valid to attend the con?
    Yes, as long as you did not request a refund (and it was made) or you donated your ticket, it is still active and with all its benefits for this year. You can verify your memberships available trough your membership account
  • If I already have a membership, can I opt for an upgrade?
    Yes you can! You can request for an uograde trough the Updates and Uogrades request form.
  • What does "stock limited" mean in Early Bird?
    Early Bird is our promotional registration launch. Tickets are offered at a discounted price and therefore the number of tickets available is limited. For 2022 it is approximately 150 tickets at each level. Historically they have sold out very quickly, so we suggest you book early. Tickets at the advertised Early Bird price will remain available until sold out or until May 2 at the latest.
  • When will I be able to register for a sales/exhibition table (Artist Alley, Dealers Den or Night Market)?
    We anticipate that registrations for these dynamics will be available during the second half of May. Therefore, they will not be available during the Early Bird. However, you will be able to register during Early Bird and request your space afterwards.
  • What do I need to register and participate as a vendor/exhibitor (Artist Alley, Dealers Den or Night Market)?
    You need to have an active registration for the convention, whether you registered in 2020 or 2021, or you get registered during 2022. From the same registration form (once available) you will be able to submit a space request. Once your space is approved, you will have to pay the corresponding fee in order to participate. Payment can be made using the same methods offered in the form. We recommend that you only follow the instructions on this page to register or pay for a sales/exhibition space. If you will coordinate with other people to set up a space together, make sure they have everything in order. Whenever you have doubts about any process, you can clarify them with us through our social networks or through our support email info@confuror.org.
  • What happens to my registration if my application for sales/exhibit space is not approved?
    We make every effort to provide space for every person interested in the event, however, venue capacity is limited. In the event that we are unable to accept your request for sales/exhibit space and you do not wish to attend the event with your registration level features only. You may request a refund of your ticket by following our terms and conditions of use.
  • Will Club Pass be available again?
    Available Club Pass spots (based on number of rooms) were booked in 2020 prior to the pandemic. We are evaluating the possibility of expanding the Club Pass space. If we are able to include more slots (including those who were waitlisted during 2020), we will publish a date when they could be reserved. If by then you already have registered and are interested in upgrading to CLub Pass, you would be able to contact us for this process.
COVID-19 Important notice
Due to the required sanitary measures, our presential convention is postponed again, now to 2022. Registration is maintained for new dates.
